Hi, I'm Rachel - a wife, homeschool mom of four, Homeopath (LCHE, R.Hom(Int)), and lifelong student of health and wellness.
My interest in health began long before I studied homeopathy. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Community Health from the University of Illinois and spent years exploring nutrition, lifestyle, and holistic approaches to wellness. But my real journey started when my own health began to decline and the conventional answers weren't enough.
While dietary and lifestyle changes made a significant difference, it wasn't until I discovered homeopathy that everything truly changed for me. Through homeopathy, I experienced a deeper level of healing and restoration, and I became passionate about helping others discover this remarkable system of medicine.
First introduced to homeopathy in 2012 during my first pregnancy
Experienced its life-changing effects in 2014, when my daughter recovered swiftly from croup with a single remedy
Spent years immersed in self-study, books, and courses before beginning formal training
Trained professionally through the Centre for Homeopathic Education in London and fully intend to keep studying for the rest of my life (because at this point I'm fairly certain I'm addicted)
Along the way, I've trained and taken classes with respected teachers including Hilery Dorrian, Colin Griffith, Alan Freestone, Joette Calabrese, Ton Jansen, Jill Turland, Anne Gabarre and others. I have additional training in the bowel nosodes, Narayani remedies, sarcodes, Human Chemistry (homeopathic detox method), mega-potencies, and the Liz Lalor infertility method.
Homeopathy is not one-size-fits-all. While I am trained in classical prescribing, I often integrate multiple approaches based on client needs:
Polycrest remedies
Human Chemistry / homeopathic detox
Organ support remedies
Bowel nosodes
Miasmatic prescribing
Mega-potencies
My passion and areas of greatest success include insomnia, anxiety, trauma and mental health concerns, menstrual cycle complaints and hormonal balance.
I know what it’s like to sit with a practitioner and not feel heard. Those experiences shaped the way I practice today. My commitment to every client:
Compassion & listening — your story matters, and I will hear it fully
Hope & encouragement — healing is possible
Holistic perspective — I look beyond symptoms alone. Drawing on my background in health education, nutrition, lifestyle wellness, and homeopathy, I can help you understand patterns that may be influencing your health. This may include reviewing available lab work, discussing nutrition and non-toxic living, and offering practical lifestyle guidance that complements your homeopathic care.
Above all, I want you to feel supported and understood. I love what I do, and it’s my joy to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
Faith: My relationship with Jesus Christ is at the heart of everything I do. At 16, He transformed my life, and my desire is to use the gifts He’s given me to help others restore their health and live vibrantly.
Family: Married to my best friend since age 21, we’ve grown together through both joy and challenge. We’re blessed with four wonderful children whom I homeschool and adventure through life with.
Food & Holistic Living: I’m passionate about nourishing food (especially rich, golden butter 🧈 on fresh-milled bread), cooking, baking, and teaching families how to thrive with simple, non-toxic living. Before teaching homeopathy, I served as a Weston A. Price Chapter Leader, helping families transition to a truly nourishing diet and lifestyle.
Whether you're brand new to homeopathy or ready to go deeper, I'd love to come alongside your family's journey.
