Thank you for choosing to work with me. This document explains what I do, what I do not do, how your information is handled, and the terms you agree to by working with me or using my website/services.
I may update these terms and policies at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the newest version. Continued use of my website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Nature of Services
I provide homeopathic and holistic wellness guidance, education, and support.
I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace licensed medical care.
Coaching, Guidance & One-Time Sessions
Some services (including acute consultations, coaching, or guidance sessions) are intended as one-time or short-term educational consultations. These sessions do not establish an ongoing client–practitioner relationship. Any homeopathic discussion during these sessions is general in nature and not a substitute for individualized care.
Scope of Practice
Homeopathy and holistic wellness are supportive and educational.
Working with me does not create a medical or provider–patient relationship.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Ask questions when needed
• Maintain regular medical care
• Understand that new concerns may require a new appointment
Privacy & Confidentiality
All information shared is confidential except where required by law.
Emails and communication are handled securely, though no system is perfect.
Professional Consultation With Mentors or Colleagues
I may consult trusted mentors or colleagues in a fully de-identified manner.
No identifiable details are ever shared.
How Your Information Is Used
Your information may be used to communicate with you, manage sessions, provide services, and send updates.
Cookies & Website Data
My website may use basic analytics and cookies.
Third-party platforms follow their own privacy policies.
Children & Minors
A parent or guardian must schedule appointments for minors and attend or be reachable.
Parents/guardians are responsible for remedy dosing and monitoring the child’s response.
Fees & Payments
Fees are listed on the booking platform and are due at booking or before/on the scheduled appointment day, depending on the arrangement made.
Payment Authorization & Billing
By booking an appointment, you authorize Rachel Tiarks Homeopathy to charge the payment method provided at the time of booking for scheduled services. If payment is not collected at the time of booking, your card may be charged 24 hours before your appointment in accordance with the service booked.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment with no additional charge.
Cancellations and Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a refund minus a $30 administrative fee. This applies even if the appointment was paid for well in advance. The administrative fee covers processing, scheduling, and administrative time associated with your booking.
Missed Appointments / No-Shows
No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
Emergencies
True emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or seek immediate medical care; I do not provide emergency services.
Booking the Correct Appointment Type
Please select the correct appointment type when scheduling. If the wrong appointment is booked, you may switch to the correct appointment type at no additional cost, provided the new time is available.
If you choose to cancel rather than switch to the correct appointment, a $30 administrative fee will be applied. Refunds are not issued for booking errors.
If you are unsure which appointment type to choose, please email prior to booking so I can assist you.
Refund Policy
Sessions are non-refundable once completed.
Digital guides, PDFs, courses, and downloads are non-refundable.
Refunds for cancellations follow the cancellation policy above.
Remedies, Supplements & Lab Access
You may obtain remedies anywhere you choose.
If labs are ordered through a practitioner platform (such as Fullscript), they are paid for by the client. Any discussion of results is for educational purposes only and not medical interpretation.
Email & Communication Boundaries
Email may be used for brief updates or single clarifying questions.
Please refer to the information in the booking description.
Chronic clients: refer to the signed Client Agreement, which you will acknowledge prior to booking, for full communication expectations.
Client Responsibility for Monitoring Responses
You are responsible for monitoring your own responses to any remedies or suggestions and seeking medical attention if any concerning symptoms occur.
This applies to adults and (when applicable) children under your care.
Analytics & Website Transparency
My website may use basic analytics to understand general site traffic and performance.
Intellectual Property
All guides, PDFs, graphics, and course materials are owned by Rachel Tiarks Homeopathy and may not be redistributed.
Courses & Digital Products – License and Use
When you purchase a course, guide, PDF, or other digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own individual use (or use within your immediate household, if applicable).
You may not share your login, give access to the course area, resell, upload, or distribute course materials, guides, printables, or downloads to anyone outside your household without my prior written permission.
Printing or downloading copies for your own personal use is permitted; redistribution or commercial use is not.
No Guarantees
Homeopathy is individualized, and results cannot be guaranteed.
No Warranties – “As Is”
All services, courses, digital products, and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. I do not make any warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of the website, courses, or materials, and I do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for ensuring you have the technology, internet connection, and device needed to access the materials.
Limitation of Liability
By using my services, you agree that I am not liable for:
• Decisions you make
• Actions you take
• Adverse outcomes
• Misinterpretation of information
You accept full responsibility for your own health decisions.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rachel Tiarks Homeopathy from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the website, courses, digital products, or services, or your breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Consent & Agreement
By booking a session, purchasing a product, downloading a resource, or using my website, you acknowledge that:
• You have read and understood this agreement
• You understand the nature and limitations of my services
• You agree to the cancellation and refund policy
• You consent to de-identified professional consultation
• You agree to all policies listed here
